Who We Are
” Human Rights Alive ” Organization Italy (HRA) is an independent, non-profit international organization committed to advancing the implementation of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) at local, regional, national, and international levels. HRA brings together a global network of individuals, educators, and organizations dedicated to promoting human rights awareness, education, and protection for all people.
HRA core purpose is to develop and deliver human rights education resources and initiatives that inform, support, and unite individuals, educators, civil society organizations, and governmental institutions. Through these efforts, the organization works to strengthen the dissemination, understanding, and practical adoption of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights across all sectors of society.
Founded on the 60th anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, HRA was established in response to the continued prevalence of human rights violations worldwide that undermine the spirit, intent, and principles of this landmark international charter—the first human rights document adopted by the global community of nations. The Declaration’s thirty articles form the foundation of a just and peaceful society, where individuals can fully enjoy their fundamental freedoms and nations can coexist in mutual respect and peace.
We Are In A Mission To Help The Helpless
Every year we organize dozens of parades, peaceful protests, parties, workshops, lectures and art exhibitions to share our vision of the human rights problems with the world. Our organization was founded exclusively by volunteers and people who can not stay indifferent to the injustice and discrimination which exist in the society.
